How to Export a Project using Primavera XML Format?

You can easily export projects to locations outside Primavera P6 using the XML file format to share project information between Project Management databases.

To export projects using Primavera P6 XML format follow these steps:

Click Projects.
On the Projects navigation bar, click EPS.
On the EPS page, click the Actions menu and select Import/Export, XML Project Import/Export....
In the XML Project Import/Export dialog box, click the Export tab.
On the Export tab:

In the Export Type field, select Primavera XML.
In the Export Project field, click Select Project and select a project from the dialog box.
Click on Export.
